    Zarema Gubieva was one of the founders of Radio Hay LLC, holding a 97.98% majority stake according to the State Register of Legal Entities of Armenia. Gubieva passed away in December 2020. She was the mother of Anahit Tarkhanyan.

    Anahit Tarkhanyan serves as director and founding shareholder of Radio Hay LLC, holding 100% ownership. Tarkhanyan is an architect by profession. From 1998 to 1999, she worked as deputy head of the Information and Printing Department under the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

    In addition to Radio Hay LLC, Tarkhanyan founded FM-105.5 LLC, which operates the FM-105.5 audio program, Armenia's first private radio station. Since 2020, the sole shareholder of FM-105.5 LLC has been the Arthur Tarkhanyan Center, a public organization supporting environmental and urban development. Tarkhanyan serves as founding president of the Arthur Tarkhanyan Center and president of the Armenian Radio Broadcasters Association.

    Tarkhanyan also founded two commercial companies in Nagorno-Karabakh. According to the State Register of Legal Entities of Armenia, these companies are currently not recognized or registered in Armenia.

    In September 2018, Tarkhanyan ran as a mayoral candidate in Yerevan City Council elections on the Yerevan Community alliance list. The alliance received approximately 2,500 votes out of 370,000 voters, insufficient to secure council representation.

    Andrias Ghukasyan served as director of Radio Hay LLC from 2013 to 2016. In the 2013 presidential elections, he ran as a presidential candidate, receiving 8,329 votes out of approximately 1.5 million voters. Since 2019, Ghukasyan has served as president of the Armenian Constructive Party. Ghukasyan is married to Anahit Tarkhanyan and hosts Political Analyses with Andrias Ghukasyan on Radio Hay.
