Autoradio LLC

Avtoradio LLC operates the Avtoradio radio program in Yerevan. According to annual reports of the Television and Radio Commission, the company received broadcasting licenses for the capital for the periods 2005–2017 and 2017–2027.
Avtoradio LLC was founded in 2004 by Artavazd Amiryan, nephew of former Minister of Culture and former Director of Public Radio Armen Amiryan, and Armen Avagyan, who left the company the following year.
As of September 2025, the company has two shareholders: Kristine Sargsyan holds 66% ownership, and Armen Amiryan holds 34%.
