Determining Azg weekly newspaper's current ownership structure presented significant challenges. Over time, different companies have carried out the newspaper's journalistic activities, but information in the State Register of Legal Entities has not been updated to reflect these changes. The State Revenue Committee website indicates that some of these companies are no longer operating.

In 2000, Azg Daily LLC was founded and conducted journalistic activities through the newspaper's 2018 issues. However, the State Register data has not been updated since 2012. Subsequently, Tekeyan Publishing LLC, founded in 2018, carried out the newspaper's journalistic activities. The company published its last beneficial ownership declaration in 2022 but has since suspended operations temporarily. The newspaper is now financed by the Vahan Tekeyan Social-Cultural Foundation, established in 2019.

Biographical information about board of trustees members Hakob Avedikian and Suren Sargsyan is derived from public sources and their published work. Information about the Vahan Tekeyan Social-Cultural Foundation is available from the foundation's charter and public documentation.

The circulation numbers are always mentioned in the newspaper. The audience share of the online version is missing.
